Redbark syncs data after your bank or connection provider makes it available. A successful refresh cannot force a bank to publish newer data.

What is normal?

Most posted transactions appear within a few hours to around 18 hours. Some banks update several times a day and others update once a day. Pending transactions are excluded by default. A card payment can therefore be visible in your banking app before it is eligible to sync.

What to check

1

Confirm the transaction has posted

Open your banking app and check that the transaction is settled or posted, not pending. See Pending transactions if it has not settled.
2

Check the connection

Open Connections. Reconnect a Disconnected connection, complete any Pending MFA request, or use Retry when a new connection is Stuck.
3

Check the sync

Open the sync and review its Activity Feed. Follow the recovery action when it shows Needs attention. A Waiting sync remains scheduled and retries automatically.
4

Run Sync Now once

Use Sync Now to process data that is already available. Repeated clicks do not make the bank publish data sooner and do not start duplicate runs.
Refreshing a connection or running a sync pulls the latest data available to Redbark. It does not call your bank and ask it to settle or publish a transaction.
If a posted transaction remains missing after the connection and sync are healthy, contact support with the bank, account, transaction date, and destination. Do not send passwords or full account numbers. For the underlying sync behaviour, see Connections and Sync activity.
