Redbark can only show accounts that your bank or connection provider makes available and that you selected during the connection flow.

What to check

  1. Account selection: confirm you selected the account when your bank, Akahu, or Plaid asked what to share.
  2. Connection status: wait while a new connection is Waiting for bank or Preparing accounts. Use Retry if it becomes Stuck after three days.
  3. Bank eligibility: if the account does not appear in the bank’s own sharing screen, the bank has not made it eligible for that connection. Contact the bank or provider.
  4. Business authority: business profiles can require a sharing delegate or nominated representative. Follow Connect a business bank account.
If web setup shows no accounts, select Check again. When every connection in that setup is at least five minutes old and has shared no accounts, setup can offer Reconnect. This removes the empty connections at your bank before you choose accounts again. A connection that has gained accounts is kept. For multi-currency accounts, check the currency as well as the displayed account number. Distinct Australian bank accounts can share the same number or masked number but hold different currencies. Redbark keeps them separate; a matching number alone does not mean an account is a duplicate. If the account was selected, the connection is Connected, and the account is still absent, contact support. Include the bank, account type, connection status, and when the connection was created. Do not include a full account number.
