Advisor has one plan. Go to Settings, then Billing.
Only admins can see and change billing. Members see a short notice instead.

The plan

  • Plan: Redbark Advisor
  • Price: A$199 a month, including GST
  • Clients: up to 20 active clients
  • Free trial: 30 days
The Billing page shows your plan, price, how many of your 20 clients you use, and your status.

Free trial

  • The trial starts when your firm is made and lasts 30 days.
  • No card is needed until you subscribe.
  • During the trial, Advisor works in full, including the 20 client limit.
  • The sidebar shows Free trial, day N of 30. Admins see Subscribe beside it.

Subscribe

1

Open Billing

Go to Settings, then Billing.
2

Start your subscription

Select Subscribe for A$199 a month.
3

Pay

Enter your card details in Stripe’s secure checkout.
If you subscribe during your trial, billing starts when the trial ends. If the page says Stripe is confirming your subscription, refresh it in a moment.

Manage billing

Select Manage billing to change your card, see invoices or cancel in Stripe. If you cancel, your plan runs to the end of the period you paid for.

Client limit

Your plan includes up to 20 active clients.
  • Removed clients don’t count. See Remove a client.
  • At 20 active clients, you can’t add another. Inviting and sending checklists still work.
  • To add more, remove a client or contact support@redbark.com.

Without a subscription

When the trial ends and your firm has no subscription, your firm can still:
  • Sign in and see everything
  • Set up branding, the team and checklists
  • Message clients and review their items
Your firm can’t:
  • Add clients
  • Invite clients, resend invites or copy invite links
  • Send checklists or add items to a client’s checklist
Nothing is deleted. Subscribe to start again.

Failed payments

If a payment fails, the page shows The last payment did not go through. Stripe tries the card again, and you can keep using Advisor as usual. Update your card in Manage billing. If the retries run out, the subscription ends and your firm works as described in Without a subscription.
