Syncs are event-driven: Qudos Bank notifies Redbark via CDR webhooks when new data is available, and your Zerosum updates soon after, within a few hours of a transaction posting, with no fixed polling schedule.

Is my Qudos Bank connection read-only?

Yes. Redbark requests read-only access under the CDR. It can read transactions and balances, and can never move money or change your Qudos Bank accounts.

Does Redbark store my Qudos Bank data?

No. Redbark uses a pass-through architecture: your Qudos Bank transactions are proxied live to Zerosum. We store consent records, encrypted tokens and minimal account metadata, never transaction amounts, descriptions or balances.
