How often does Gateway Bank sync to Sure?

Syncs are event-driven: Gateway Bank notifies Redbark via CDR webhooks when new data is available, and your Sure updates soon after, within a few hours of a transaction posting, with no fixed polling schedule.

Is my Gateway Bank connection read-only?

Yes. Redbark requests read-only access under the CDR. It can read transactions and balances, and can never move money or change your Gateway Bank accounts.
